7 Pillars Brewery was born from a simple conviction: the best beer doesn't need a fancy city to justify its existence. It just needs patience, quality ingredients, and people who care about what they pour.
Nestled on East 5th Street in the heart of Peru, Indiana, we built this space for neighbors first. The farmers who drive by every morning. The families who want a place that feels like theirs. The visitors who stumble in and decide to stay for the evening.
Every batch is brewed in-house, guided by tradition but never trapped by it. We source locally whenever we can, experiment when we should, and pour everything with the same care we'd expect at our own table.
